Do all gift baskets and hampers come with a complimentary gift card?
Yes, all gift basket/hamper purchases come with a complimentary gift card. Once your product has been added, a message can be entered on the cart page prior to checkout.
If you forget to add your message, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly and we will include it. Please note that for privacy reasons, all gift cards with a personal message are delivered in a sealed envelope.
Can my gifts be customised?
We can include or exclude any item in any of our hampers - we are more than happy to help. If you have any specific dietary requirements we can work with you to create your perfect gift basket/hamper.
Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
Of course you can, but it is easiest if you email us the information. We would require the following: (please include in your email)

Can I choose a particular delivery date?
Please enter your preferred delivery date in the notes section at checkout or email us directly.
We will endeavour to have your gift delivered by that day (or just before) but due to factors outside our control we cannot guarantee the delivery date - if your delivery is within Urban Wairarapa we can personally deliver your gift (subject to availability).
Can you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, within Urban Wairarapa region only (subject to availability). Please contact us to confirm.
Can you deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays?
Not usually, however we may be able to do so within Urban Wairarapa region. Please call 022 328 0056 to discuss..
Can you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, provided there is enough time to complete delivery as rural normally adds at least 2-4 days to the delivery time. For Urban Wairarapa please contact us (subject to availability).
Can I track my delivery?
If you wish to know the status of your delivery please contact us and we will be more than happy to confirm its status or provide you with the tracking number.
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can choose to pay by eftpos, credit card, as a direct debit into our bank account (please place your order via email or telephone for this option), or we also offer Lay-Buy (please click this option when purchasing online).
How safe are my credit card details if paying online?
We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never see or store your credit card details when you place an order online with us.
Alternatively contact us directly to place your order and we will advise our bank account details so you can pay us directly.
