Sea Salt, Lavender (dried) - from Lavender Abbey
Seafood - particularly good in seafood soups or on scallops (don't forget to add a squeeze of lemon juice)
Crackers - add to soft fresh cheeses (Ricotta, Mozzarella, Goat, Cottage, Cream Cheese or even Greek yogurt), combined with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of Lavender Sea Salt
Lamb chops/Chicken - grilled or panfried, drizzle with olive oil and then season with Lavender Natural Sea Salt
Salad - combine with grapes and almonds
Rice or quinoa dishes - especially rice salad
Roasted vegetables - especially carrots, onions, and zucchini
