Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bread Dippers

How many times have you been to your favourite restaurant and they bring out that delicious bread, oil, and seasoning? It looks so simple and is so satisfying.

Well believe it or not, there are a couple of rules to this simple dish.

Make sure you use a shallow bowl or plate. Why? because this helps prevent the seasoning from sinking which then leaves you with a bowl full of oil.

Make sure that you stir occasionally. Why? The seasonings will settle into the oil. By stirring occasionally, you will ensure you have spices and oil with each and every one of your dips.
